1. The Service

IntoTheBattle provides creator tools that turn TikTok LIVE engagement into a live battle overlay for OBS, TikTok Studio, and similar streaming workflows. The service may include account access, room setup, overlay URLs, gameplay commands, battle stats, sponsor or brand moments, blog and marketing tools, media uploads, diagnostics, and related support.

IntoTheBattle is an entertainment and audience-engagement product. We do not guarantee stream growth, revenue, sponsorships, follower gains, view counts, or platform placement.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account, email, password, OAuth login, dashboard session, and signed overlay URLs secure. Actions taken through your account or room may be treated as actions taken by you.

  • You must provide accurate account, billing, and creator setup information.
  • You must be old enough and otherwise eligible to run TikTok LIVE, use the connected streaming tools, and enter any paid plan or sponsor arrangement.
  • You may not share paid access, signed overlay URLs, admin tools, or private setup controls with anyone who is not authorized to use your room.
  • We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being abused, compromised, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk for viewers, creators, sponsors, or the service.

3. Creator Responsibilities

You control your live stream, your TikTok account, your audience, and the way you display IntoTheBattle on stream. You are responsible for your stream content, moderation choices, sponsor disclosures, platform compliance, and any instructions you give viewers.

Viewer comments, usernames, commands, gifts, likes, follows, shares, and battle actions may appear in your overlay or stream. You are responsible for using TikTok moderation tools and your own judgment before broadcasting user-generated content.

Do not use IntoTheBattle to mislead viewers, hide paid promotions, encourage unsafe conduct, collect sensitive information from chat, or bypass TikTok, OBS, TikTok Studio, payment, advertising, or sponsorship rules.

4. Trials, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features may be free, trial-based, beta-only, sponsor-supported, or available through a paid Creator Pro plan. Pricing, plan details, trial length, billing cadence, renewal terms, and checkout requirements are shown at signup or checkout when applicable.

Payments and subscription verification may be handled by PayPal or another payment provider. IntoTheBattle does not collect full card numbers through its own forms. You are responsible for canceling recurring plans before renewal if you do not want to continue paid access. Refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly stated by IntoTheBattle in writing.

5. Content and Media

You keep ownership of content you upload or provide, such as sponsor videos, backgrounds, audio, creative assets, battle posts, blog drafts, and account information. You give IntoTheBattle a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, resize, transcode, analyze, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You must have the rights needed to upload, stream, publish, or use any media, music, logo, sponsor creative, name, likeness, or other material you provide. You may not upload malware, unlawful content, infringing material, private information you lack permission to use, or content that violates platform rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use IntoTheBattle to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate another service's terms.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or target people based on protected characteristics.
  • Run scams, deceptive promotions, fake giveaways, misleading sponsorships, or unauthorized gambling.
  • Attempt to access accounts, rooms, tokens, data, admin tools, servers, or files you are not authorized to access.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.
  • Upload malicious code, harmful files, or media intended to break playback, overlays, viewers' devices, or our infrastructure.

7. Third-Party Services

IntoTheBattle can connect with third-party services such as TikTok, OBS or TikTok Studio workflows, PayPal, analytics providers, email providers, hosting providers, blog publishing tools, and sponsor or marketing platforms. Those services are not controlled by IntoTheBattle and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, rules, outages, eligibility requirements, and data practices.

We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, including TikTok LIVE eligibility, API availability, account actions, payment disputes handled by a payment provider, or changes to tools that affect your streaming setup.

8. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

The service may change over time. Features may be added, redesigned, limited, removed, paused, or made available only to certain accounts, plans, rooms, sponsor campaigns, or test groups. Beta or experimental features may be less stable and may change without notice.

We try to keep the service reliable, but live tools depend on browsers, devices, networks, streaming software, platform events, and third-party APIs. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

IntoTheBattle is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every setup, or fit for a particular business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntoTheBattle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost sponsorship opportunities, stream interruptions, platform penalties, or reputational harm.

You agree to defend and hold IntoTheBattle harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, stream, sponsor obligations, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, plans, legal requirements, or business operations change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
